FSD working with our partner developed and delivered industry-first EM drive reciprocating seal gas booster. The VFD EM Drive Reciprocating Seal Gas Booster has designed to meet API 692 requirements to enhance the dry gas seal control/monitoring system providing seal gas conditioning functions during compressor start-up and shutdown conditions. Using advanced polymer architecture materials with enhanced mechanical and tribological properties for piston rod seals, the reciprocating seal gas booster can operate continuously more than 7000 hours. The EM Drive Reciprocating Seal Gas Booster designed to operate with minimum control and monitoring instrument (making it almost plug-and-play), providing significant pressure boost/increase in challenging environment (gas density/composition, pressure and temperature) making it a very robust equipment. The EM Drive Reciprocating Seal Gas Booster is designed to give customers an advantage of technical and economical values arising from the using of seal gas booster for seal gas conditioning system to enhance the reliability of dry gas seal and compressor availability.
